Birds of prey meeting in Springfield

Hawk attended his first football game last night.  The Glendale Falcons hosted the Joplin Eagles.  The Eagles won! 

I put the eagle on this onesie. 

He loved it!

Crystal and Amber came! It wasn't really that loud on the visitor's side.

Hawk was awake for the whole game then fell asleep with 40 secs left on the clock. 

Dad still got to hold him. 

Here is a victorious eagle holding a sleeping baby hawk. I'm glad we were there, but I don't know that it was worth being out so late. Hawk and I got home at 1:00.

I get him out of bed to feed him about 10:00 pm. Then he sleeps all night.  This was in the middle of a diaper change. He just wanted to go back to sleep so bad, he rolled over and was out. 

Happy happy bird on August 21st

Hawk had his last feeding around 9:30 last night and did not wake up until 6:45 this morning.  He was happy in his crib just looking around on his tummy waiting for me. All three humans in the house got a good nights sleep.

Sunday Morning

He is just the best happiest baby all most all the time. 

Well, he's always the best. 

Today was probably my favorite day with him so far.

I've been signing to him more and more. Tonight he looked like he was trying to sign something back to me.  It didn't resemble any sign I know.  It's still really early for him to start communicating with sign language. 

He is very interested when I do sign.  His favorite sound is the pig sound.  I've started adding the animal sign with the sound and he really likes to watch and listen together.

He is just too sweet! Thanks for the outfit Rhubarb!
