Gulf Shores, AL Day 3

The early bird gets to see the beach tractor.  This thing went back and forth cleaning the beach. It was like a big sifter.
Hawk waved at it every time it went by.

The man driving was so nice and waved every time.
It was pretty cool.

This was #2 on the day #3 on the trip. He picked lemon then blue raspberry.

Al built a football field!

Blue lips

The hotel pool after a nap

Our room has the orange & blue towels hanging off the balcony.
The steps were nice.

Mexican!

Back to this thing

He's been working on his hugs.

Alright, I'm pushing it.

This is the view from our room. Hawk pointed out every jeep that shopped at that grocery store.
This was "mama jeep."

Cookie
He liked having access to the fridge.

This was fun.

Gulf Shores, AL Day 2

We were on the beach from about 9:00-11:00 today.
I bought a dollar store umbrella that was great!
Monster truck sand racing
Hawk had much more fun today.
It wasn't as hot and the umbrella helped.
Sandcastles in the sand

He has a little bruise on his chin.

Italian ice on the pier
Hawk picked yellow. It happened to be piƱa colada.
We could see boats & people parasailing. Hawk pointed them out as hot air balloons.

A pelican landed right next to us.
Just feather cleaning

Hibachi grill for dinner with the new blue vroom vroom
The fire was scary.
Lion
Fortune cookie
The has-been outdoor mall near our hotel
That's a Books A Million.
The only people there were there for the restaurants. Most of the stores were vacant. Open store names include, The Bag Lady, Little Monkey Toes and Too Hot Mamas.
Hawk called this a mail box and he loved opening it. He called it a trash can yesterday and put some trash in it.
