Tennis Ball Mobile
What goes better with black labs than tennis balls? Nothing. Mom gave me some used tennis balls for this project. I used the inside ring of 3 sizes of cross stitch rings and embroidery floss for suspension. I inserted little looped screws that came in a picture hanging kit into each tennis ball and the lab figure. Mallory gave me the plastic lab hanging from the center. I spent less than $5 and I think it makes a great impact on the whole room.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I recently had to put down my 13yr old Boston Terrier Gizmo because of cancer of the lymph nodes and he lived, breathed, slept and even passed with a tennis ball in his mouth. I wanted a cute way to always remember how happy he made our family. So after finding your brilliant idea, I will be making one and hang it on the tree he is buried under. THANK YOU for sharing!
